  • Rental Deposit of 50% of total booking due within 7 days of booking

  • Cancellation Policy: 90 days notice (unless otherwise noted) for refund of deposit (less $5 processing fee)

Cleaning Deposit: $150.00 (refundable) to be paid prior to occupancy (this is in addition to the rental deposit)
